Our clothing collection consists of carefully selected pre-loved garments. Every item is individually inspected before being added to our collection, and any notable signs of wear are clearly described and photographed.
Our jewellery collection is brand new and has been thoughtfully selected to complement our timeless style.
Will I receive the exact item shown in the photos?
Yes.
For our pre-loved clothing, you'll receive the exact garment shown in the product photographs.
Our jewellery is brand new, so the product images accurately represent the item you'll receive.
How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen item(s) to your shopping basket and proceed through the checkout.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.
Is it safe to order from Astor & Eden?
Yes. Shopping with Astor & Eden is safe and secure.
Our website uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal information and payment details. We value your privacy and only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £2.95.
We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £30.
We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
How will I know my order has been dispatched?
We'll send you a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been posted. Where available, tracking information will also be included.
Where is my order?
You'll receive email updates throughout your order journey, including confirmation when your order is placed and when it has been dispatched.
If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Can I return an item?
Yes.
If you've changed your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it, followed by a further 14 days to return the item.

Do you inspect your clothing before sale?
Absolutely.
Every pre-loved garment is individually inspected, honestly described and carefully photographed before it's listed on our website.
Our jewellery is supplied brand new and is also carefully checked before being packaged for dispatch.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To help keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with perfumes, lotions, household chemicals and chlorinated water.
When not being worn, store your jewellery in a dry jewellery box or soft pouch to help preserve its finish.
